Canon Law 1055.1:
The matrimonial covenant by which a man and a woman establish between themselves a partnership of the whole of life, is by its nature ordered toward the good of the spouses and procreation and education of offspring; this covenant between baptized persons has been raised by Christ the Lord to the dignity of a sacrament.
Matrimony is a sacrament celebrating the presence of God in the covenant of relationship between a man and a woman witnessed by the priest and celebrated with the faith community.
Call the Parish Office at least eight months in advance of your proposed marriage date to allow for adequate preparation.
